What an informational site. I have found that so many people are not aware of all the information available for job searching. My job has become the job hunt, however, I am faced with age discrimination. I was wondering how employers knew but it is on your transcript and of course, they can just figure out the number of years you have worked before. I am an early retiree from California Community Colleges. I am attempting to obtain employment out of the field of education and get into some form of PR and/or corporate training. I am preparing a brochure for the job hunt, which I hope will be used by Edd offices, libraries and other places where the unemployed/underemployed seek employment. My belief is that so many do not dress for success nor do they have a positive image, for the interview process. I have included items in my brochure such as appropriate clothing, demeanor and even nail polish and accessories. KUDOS on your site.

I like the site and the concept. A structured, aggressive job seeker tutorial. There are so many qualified people unemployed that job hunting is more competitive than it's been in years.
